May 20th Council Highlights

1. Susan Grazier presented a 2014 Income Budget which outlines where money comes from to fund our Annual Budget, this is required by the Synod. This budget was approved and will be sent to the synod.
2. It was recommended an Action Team be formed to support Amy Stamatiou and the Children, Youth and Family Ministries.
3. The Finance Committee is working on an application process for the Wallace Fund that would create a system for requesting and use of the funds and focus the fund on Trinity’s mission and outreach.
4. Council established an ad hoc committee to review meeting room space and how rooms are used so that all groups and a new nursery are meeting all of Trinity’s needs. Deb Mazick will head up this committee.
